If I’m turning right on a red but there is a green light/arrow for the right turn, do I need to stop at the light before I turn or can I treat it like a green light and just proceed (safely of course)?

Can you park a vehicle on the opposite curb against the flow of traffic?
Can a person park car in the opposite to the traffic flow? Traffic goes south to north and the car park facing south, either park or park with driver inside waiting for passenger. I live on a street next to a GO station. Frequently people park their car facing the wrong direction to the flow of traffic while waiting for their passenger. 2: can a person park their car facing the wrong direction like above but in front of street post office community mail boxes to pick up their mail.
